Sokha Lam Danh, a 2008 graduate of Aviation High School, was named a recipient of a 2010 Institute for International Public Policy Fellowship (IIPP). Dahn is currently a sophomore at the University of Washington majoring Business and American Ethnic Studies.

The IIPP selects outstanding young women and men from across the United States who are interested in pursuing careers in international affairs and foreign service. Danh is one of 15 national applicants selected.

Each IIPP Fellow receives scholarships and services totaling nearly $100,000 over a five-year period. This includes two summer institutes, study abroad opportunities, language institutes, international internships, and two-year matching funds for graduate school.
