And now, finally, light rail starts service to Sea-Tac | Transportation
It's finally underway. Sound Transit's Link light rail is now officially running to Sea-Tac.
The first train arrived at the airport at 10 this morning, and there was a ribbon cutting to celebrate the final 1.7 mile segment of the Central Link from downtown to Sea-Tac being completed.
The schedules are now running as normal for a Saturday, with normal Sound Transit fares applying to ride.
